What Our Customers Say

“It’s so nice to get our linen each and every time and not have to worry whether it’s all here or not. Whether it’s folded correctly or even whether it’s clean or not. Just let them know we thank them for their hard work and that their efforts are noticed.”

Mike Haseker, Director of Environmental Services, Crossroads Community Hospital

“Progressive warming really does work. I love adding a sheet over the blanket, rather than adding another blanket. Patients really are warmer and more comfortable without all of that added weight!”

Camela Noonan-Green, Shawnee Mission Medical Center

“Faultless Linen has proven to be a committed partner in providing not only linen to our hospital, but service to our end users as well. They have helped us in managing our overall linen cost, and shared best-practices to support our organization. Faultless also provides tracking of our linen distribution with their FLICS software. I would confidently recommend Faultless Linen.”

Travis S. Glick, St. Luke’s Hospital in Chesterfield, MO

“Truman Medical Centers have enjoyed a long standing relationship with Faultless Healthcare Linen for over 10 years. During this time our partnership with Faultless has been without question. Faultless has placed a great emphasis on providing exceptional service through its well trained personnel team. In addition to their emphasis on service, the quality of their textiles has been excellent. The cost associated with this high quality cannot be matched as Faultless has remained sensitive to the economic climate while remaining ever-vigilant in seeking out options and ways to mitigate cost. Throughout the years this has been a mutually beneficial relationship for both TMC and Faultless Healthcare Linen.”

Augustin Sylvester, Truman Medical Centers

“I have been working with Faultless Linen for the last couple of months and am pleased to share that they have gone above and beyond to meet the needs of our practice. They have taken the time to get to know us personally, have made special accommodations for the delivery of our linens and have provided us with top notch customer service. Each of my service requests have been answered in an immediate fashion. I highly recommend Faultless for all of your linen needs!”
